A family night in a spacious and sunny business class room was enjoyable, though we faced a hiccup with a broken bed that necessitated the kids to sleep elsewhere. On the brighter side, room service was quick and the food was delicious. Breakfast was really good, with a wide array of freshly replenished items, including amazing Irish brown soda bread. The reception staff's indifference during checkout was disappointing, especially after we reported the bed issue.
